Conclusion

In order to make this project more attractive for the locals, the alleged advantages of the V-Bahn are often wrongly portrayed.

With the Eiger Express, the Jungfraubahn Holding aims at transporting tourists more quickly and cost-effectively (compared with Wengernalp railway) and at the same time bypassing Grindelwald, Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. The Eiger Express and its associated new businesses would deprive these three villages of tourism, but the Jungfrau Holding would yield a higher added value and the best profit possible.

Overrated mass tourism is shortsighted and damages our livelihood, which is holiday tourism.
